At first look, the complex is showing a little age. (built in the 70s) They recently upgraded their exteriors with front porch awnings and vinyl siding. within the first two weeks I lived here my refrigerator broke. I called them at noon the following day and by 3pm it was replaced by a brand new one. That is excellent service. The office staff is reliable and extremely friendly. The area is quiet and safe. I go for walks outside at night a few nights a week. Route 288 is 5 minutes away and I95 is 7 minutes away. Good location for commuters. If I move back to the Richmond area, I will come back here.
