If you are interested in renting here, be sure to get a walkthrough of the apartment you are thinking about leasing. I was given a walkthrough of a different apartment (with the same layout) and was upset when I found some maintainence problems with my apartment on the day of move-in.
Also, be aware that apartments with older AC units can't do both AC and heat at the same time. This means that HVAC will come at the end of summer and turn your heat on and at the end of winter to turn the AC on. You will not be able to us the AC after they turn the heat on and the same for the heat. It is something that I wish someone had told me, becuase I had to invest in fans when it was 80 degrees outside and I didn't have AC.
The neighborhood is in a nice part of Chesterfield. It is usually quiet and safe. The lake makes great views!
