I recently moved here because the rent at my last apartment skyrocketed. I have been very pleased with the inside of my townhome such as space, quality of ammenities, noise, etc. The only problem that I've had is that water leaks in the back door and comes into the dining room. Maintanence has been notified of this probem many times and there are other residents with the same problem. Somehow they cannot figure out why water is still coming in and we are still having to clean up after it rains. Some children in the neighborhood have no respect for other people's things and have overrun certain areas of the community. Overall, I am pleased with the apartment community but feel like managment is lacking in a few areas.
