Agree BAD MANAGEMENT

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I lived there for about a year and was about to renew my lease until I moved out. It wasnt until I started to move that I was informed that I owed money. It just so happen that the manager LOST my check and neglected to tell me, every month I was paying by check, which was getting cashed and was never informed that I had a balance on my account. Needless to say I was occuring late charges and the amount went up profusely. When I was trying to contact the office, the answering machine always came on and no one ever got back to me. The apartment itself is beautiful, although I believe that in a couple of years it will not be as nice as it is. The management is HORRIBLE and something needs to be done about it....
