the management loses your paperwork, talk to you rudely and don't understand how to be polite. if you need to talk to the manager, forget about it. all she does is stays in her office or tells the other two office staff (who don't know what they are doing) what to tell you through her door.
when they are trying to move you in, they don't follow up, you have to call them a thousand times and hope that you get a cal back.

Although I've never had a problem with the management losing any of my paperwork (knock on wood) I have experienced everything else you mentioned. I had extreme difficulties when moving in and having to call him a thousand times. I'm a current resident but moving out very soon.
