My family and I lived there for 1 year. The apartments are big and beautiful. At the time there was 4 of us and one on the way. We wanted a 3 three bedroom townhome. We were told that there was none and that there wouldn't be one until 3 or 4 months from then. We were told that the townhome bedrooms were small and we would do better in a two bedroom. A month later I found out that there were 3 new townhomes that residents had moved into...basically the apartments just wanted us to move in then and not wait. These were new apartments...we were the first in ours. When our neighbors moved in upstairs 2 months later our master bedroom bathroom started leaking from our toilet. Maintenance was very good ( not office). He came out 3 times and couldn't find why the toilet was leaking. Then one morning at 6am my husband was leaving for work and the front entrance (which is where the front bathroom is) was sopping with water. The water was coming out of the ceiling from the apartment above. The plumbing was messed up so they did have someone come in and fix it and get all of the water out of our carpet. Still weeks after that my bathroom was leaking. Finally maintance had to take our bathroom completely apart!!! No toliet, no sink, no tub and masive holes in the walls and ceilings. The ceiling had started turning green. They quickly came and painted because I started bring up that it looked like mold. I was told that the board was green before it was painted BULL!! Keep in mind that we had a few month old infant sleeping the run with us! She was sick the last 4 month we were there! We were out of a bathroom for 2 1/2 weeks. Come to find out that every time the tenets upstairs took a shower or flushed the toilet the water was flowing down the walls and into our bathroom NASTY! There was men coming in and out of our apartment everyday. My husband was working 3rd shift and didn't get any sleep due to the banging and drilling. By the way they would come in without knocking. One day while I was preganate taking a nap I was awaken by my bedroom door opening and a man standing there to check the bathroom! This was a regular thing there...all the residents called the office about it but they said it was their right. After all of this (3 months) of rudness and office seeming to not know anything my husband talked to the manager about having money taking off of our rent for the month that we went w/ out a bathroom for 2 1/2 weeks and loss sleep and headaches. She was shocked that we would even be asking that and that they did everything for us.

This was a regular thing there...all the residents called the office about it but they said it was their right.**** It is NOT their right to just unlock an apt door at any hour without knocking and if no answer, knock again and yell" Maint."..otherwise it is trespassing. They can't assume that no one is home. I am sorry you and your family had to go through that. I hope ya'll have found a better place for you and your family.
