I've been living here for a year and half in a one bedroom upstairs.

- Parking: You do have a sticker for parking but I have had plenty of issues of people parking (with no sticker) and double parking. Though I have complained and the towing seems to be enforced.

- Noise: It isn't bad, some cars do blare some bass, it can be annoying. I also had an issue with neighbor being loud but that simmered down. The walls are pretty thin though you can hear conversations sometimes, but overall pretty quiet. I live by the pool so I do hear the kids, but it's hardly an issue.

- The overall look of the outside apartments is nice, it's pretty well kept and clean. Though we do have a stray cat issue, it's being handled I have seen someone trying to pick them up. Their was a woman feeding them late at night but I believe she stopped. Also, some issues with dog feces not being picked up, so I avoid too much walking on the grass (a lot of sidewalks available though.)

- The apartments themselves are very well finished, with crown molding and plenty of storage. No issues with leaking air, nails sticking out or anything of that sort. Though the walls seem to be thin, overall the place is well insulated for heat/AC.

- I have no issues with management, they even know me on a first name basis, not from complaints or anything just because they are generally nice people and when they see me always ask how things are. Never had an issue with rent checks either. Only problem with them is constant checking of sprinkler system (understandable) but a lot of just random check ups and occasionally got less then a 24 hour notice (breach of lease contract.)

- The trash compactor however has its ups and downs people apparently aren't aware that we have a dump just a mile or so down the road (it doesn't make this place stink by the way) Attendants try to put everything from furniture to pieces of wood in there clogging it not allowing anyone to throw anything away.

Overall I would definitely recommend this if you can swing the cash, everything is close by (stores, gas stations, restaurants, some even within walking distance,) I would recommend getting an upstairs apartment just for noise reduction purposes. Though I will be moving, I did enjoy my stay, money has been tight and it seems they increased the rent for apartments like mine to $757 (you can see this on their site.)
