So I live in a one bedroom and Ive been here for about 5 months, my only complaint is the insainly loud a** holes above me, I swear that they don't sleep. Constently running jumping and doing god knows what above me! Besides that they did just renovate and it is very nice. And as for the maintance staff I have had no problem they have been at my apartment withen hours of me filing a problem. The biggest issue i had here is when i hooked up my washer it back flowed into my tub but the maintance came and fixed that. I dont think it is bad at all here i havent seen ne needles or drugs since i have been here and i feel fairly safe coming home at 3 in the morning. Over all i like it here, but i dont think i will renew my lease b/c of the ppl above me. Freaking hood rats!

Must be management who wrote this review, I can tell by all of the misspelled words. The staff is uneducated and this review proves it.

LOL I am sure management would call the people above them hoodrats. Some people actually don't mind living here, sorry if that bugs you. It does stink in a one bedroom though, because you never know who you will get above you, but rent is cheap, and if you're a heavy sleeper, you'll be fine :)
