The office staff is never in the office, they violate all rules of being confidential by speaking to you while their freinds are in the office. The police who is suppose to patrol the area is always gone. And I do believe that maintaince is going into apartments when the tennants are not at home (my neighbor used to live there and stated she would place things out to see if it is moved and it would be moved by the time her and her husband came home). I installed a nanny cam, if they come into my place while me and my family are out, I will sue them fast. Nasty looking people who live underneath me now. They make more noise than a little bit.
