I moved there from out of town as well but I did get a chance to view it. It looked fine until I moved into my apartment (which I did not get to see until after I signed my lease). It did smell weird in my apartment and the closet in the living room still does. They are supposed to be renoveted but where the money went I do not know because the vinyl was ripped in the bathroom, and the trim is tore up from some animal. They painted over anything that was on the walls and the tub should have been replaced but wasn't. The sinks all are completely opened to where you can see inside of the walls because they just did not bother to close up the walls and put the finishing touches on it. Its really sad. The wiring is dangerous since the cable cords run all over the apartment, not in the walls. Also, don't try to call the office because noone ever answers. I have called them probsbly 15 times and they have only picked up twice, and since moving in, they have never picked up. I had to call PRG Managements corporate office to get them to call me back. Then the girl left me a message with a really ugly tone, Like I was inconveniencing her. I am very disappointed in the complex and when I save up the 4 months rent I will have to pay, I am breaking my lease because there should be no tolerance for this type of management. Kids are left unsupervised, and renovations are cheap. Its not worth it, plus, you pay other people's utilities, b/c it goes on average of what everyone uses then is divided up depending on apt size.
