After alerting the staff here of my move in date and requesting everything be ready for the gas company-they still did not have the main gas valve turned on, which requires an additional visit from the gas company who charges per visit....
Then when we moved in there was a smell so putrid from the fridge we literally could not put food in there for fear it would take on that smell as well and ruin all the food. We were finally able to get a new one but not without some continous complaining to the staff.
And to top it off, when we moved it in summer time with 90 degree temperatures outside, they failed to be sure the AC was working. Since it was a Sat, and there whole "emergency maintenence" is a joke, we were not able to get actual working AC for 4 days. When I went to discuss this withthem, rather than offering me a free room a hotel until the AC was fixed and discounted rent for the folliwing month, all they could do was say sorry. That does not cut it with me. They claimed that someone had done a walk through prior to us moving in--what the hell kind of a walk through does not make sure the AC works''''!!
And finally, when we got cable installed they told us that 4/5 cable jacks did not work--big surprise there!
OH and when they show you the printer that you are allowed to use as a resident in the main lobby-well it does not work- and noone has made so much as an attmept to get it fixed....nor has any clue when it will be....

The staff makes no efforts to be on top of anything and seems out out when you discuss your concerns. After all, they have no problem taking your money as soon as you move in, but can't even bother to give you a welcome packet or key to the fireplace- Yet alone make sure the AC works.
