This place is a joke! I have recently just moved in and had nothing but continious problems. And don't bother trying to notify the office staff or maintenance department they are all clueless. When you go to the office to inquire about ANYTHING, they tell you that they have to speak with the manager first. Well, you might as well talk to a wall. The manager is hardly ever there, and when she is, she has no idea what is going on. The maintenance department does nothing but hang around the maintenance garage all day. But it wouldn't matter because they don't know how to fix anything. Now let's talk about the "appearance" of this "brand new" place. Its trashed, literally! They have a trash dumpster and a dumpster for cardboard but they NEVER empty it! There is always piles and piles of trash and boxes EVERYWHERE! The buildings here are terrible, everyone leaves there trash outside there doors. Nothing works. My advice, stay away from this dump! Everytime it rains, the power ALWAYS goes out for hours. Every resident that I have talked to since I moved in says that there AC has broken. Way to go staff, a "brand new luxury community" you call yourself' Ha, yeah right. I have not talked to a single resident who says that they like it here, at all. There are always young kids hanging out drinking and playing loud music everynight, you can't sleep. You can never find a parking spot close to your apartment. Trust me people this is far from "luxury". STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!
