If you decide to move in make sure you inspect EVERY item at the apartment (ask for a standard vacaing list and follow it to check everything) - notify the office within 5 days or you will be liable to fix it yourself. They have a "do not ask - do not tell" policy - so make sure you read all the contracts yourself before you sign! Make sure to provide at least 60 days notice prior to your lease expiration date - if you are moving out - do not be 1 day late - you lease will roll over and you will be paying big penalties!!! They have no consideration for your situation - you sign that contract and they want you money!!! They do not provide you with a NOTICE OF VACATING document when you sign your lease - you have to ask for it yourself!!! Be careful when you rent from them!!!!

I am a current resident and I was provided with the move in inspection form. I made notes on it and turned it into the rental office within the 5 day timeframe. I kept a copy for my records also. At no time did I feel that information was being with-held from me or they were trying to hide information.....that's ridiculous. The lease is a legal binding contract....if you don't understand it don't sign it. All apartments require written notice before you move out....they operate a business not a shelter.
