I recently told a friend who was looking for a new apartment that he should look at River's Bend because I have really liked living here for the past year. He called me later that day and asked me if I was crazy because he had read the reviews from this website and for the most part they were incredibly negative. After reading through the comments, I was shocked because I have not experienced any of the problems the other posters are ranting about. I take pride in the fact that I live in such a beautiful community and think River's Bend should get some praise for the positive things they offer. You aren't going to find a better atmosphere (trust me I looked) and the location is great because you are close enough to the highways while still getting to experience a neighborhood. All the gym equipment is relatively new and they leave it open 24 hours so you can work out whenever. The apartment itself is big with a lot of room for storage which, along with my garage, has saved me from spending additional money on a storage unit. I haven't had too much interaction with the management and office staff (except to pick up packages) but I did see a few new faces last time I was there. Obviously I would recommend this place based on my experiences and wanted to show those who were considering moving here that not everyone feels so negatively about River's Bend.

I thought it was a nice place as well. Although one evening I saw one of the staff making some kind of transaction with one of the tenants. I didn't pay much attention at first but the more I thought about it the seedier it looked.
