This is a great community - very kid and pet friendly! I've read several negative postings and feel compelled to write my observation. Seven months ago we moved out of our house into a 3-bedroom apartment. We have enjoyed our space and neighbors. Over the pasts 25 years I've owned homes and lived in apartments, so we looked carefully before settling here and are very happy we did. I chose Sterling because of the great location, friendly staff, and pretty grounds. We had visited a few times prior to making the move and we're pleased to say we've found no surprises since we moved in. Yes, living in an apartment can have it's issues; such as parking and some noise and other situations that will come up, but there have been no surprises - the lease was explained and all complex rules before signing.
