First of all how can anyone believe what is written when a person is too chicken to leave thier name. My name is Debbie Shelton and I am appauled at the lies people have written.
Kristi is NOT mean, shes NOT unfair, she is NOT rude, it is NOT her way or the high way.
Kristi is one of the nicest people you could ever meet.
Everyone in the office is nice.
I read thru all of these responses and you must have nothing better to do and i hope you get help. There are pills for your problems.
Sterling GLen are the nicest apts around. I was there for 3 yrs and moved and I am moving back. I feel safe for me and my kids.
sterling glen does a back ground check on people BEFORE they move in.
If mail kiosk if a mess then THE TENEANT made it that way. Clean your mess and stop compaining.
Maintance responds quickly, even at night.
I have kids and they have no business being on the tennis courts without a racket and balls ready to play a game.
About parking, EVERYONE knows where they can and cant park as well as thier visitors. So stop crying about that.
These apts are well worth the money.
About the balconys being too small. What the hell''' didnt you see that before you signed the lease' so why are you complaining'''

your kids shouldnt be out that late at night when the drunk drivers come home. as far as maintenance, they do respond quickly and fix the problem but if they have to order parts then it cant be fixed right away and you just need to understand that and get over it.

Funny comments....just a few notes, Sterling Glen has people living in the complex that have been convicted of DUI multiple times.....As far as maintenance responding quickly, once there was a flood in my kitchen due to a drain overflowing from the entire buildings A/C condensation, maintenance showed up almost three hours after my call, took an hour to fix, and left my kitchen and carpets smelly and dirty...need i say more..... If you have kids...WATCH OUT FOR THE DRUNK DRIVERS !!!!

LOL convicted of a DUI?? Really?? I'm sure one of your neighbors right now was too. You'll find that ANYWHERE you go! Maybe maintenance was WORKING on your emergancy in another part of the building or on another emergency call. P.S. If you live in this world...WATCH OUT FOR THE DRUNK DRIVERS!!!!
