Okay, I was hesitating to voice my opinion on this website, but after talking to my neighbor and living this nightmare everyday, I changed my mind. We WILL NOT be renewing our lease. We cannot wait until our lease is up. If we could get out of it, we would in a second!!! I agree, do your research. DON'T BE TAKEN! I'll start with the management or lack of. I have only lived here for 6 months and already there has been 4 staff changes in the office. To name a few problems: bugs crawled in from underneath the door and windows, the A/C keeps breaking and leaking to the neighbors below us, I had hung all my clothes in the closet only to have it fall and not be fixed for weeks, and when we first moved in, the appartment had not been cleaned their was even a pair of old mens white underwear left behind the washer for us. The management was the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Now to the amenities, cable never worked, nor the internet and the pool never cleaned. the only thing going for this place is that there is plenty of parking due to the large turn over rate.
