the commons area of the row of apartments in which I live is always filled with household trash, beer cans, liquor bottles, and is always very noisy even up to 2a.m. average response time to maintenance calls we have made is 2 months, unless we threatened to terminate our lease, we have been laughed at on the phone when we have called to ask questions. They failed to tell us when we signed our lease that there was only 1 water meter for this row of apartments so our water bill is almost $50 every month, yes every month not every two months. Deciding to live here has been the biggest mistake of my life. I would never recommend this complex to anyone else. In fact I would tell them to run as far away from here as they can.
