My wife and I moved here in mid-July and the experience has been positive all the way around. We applied, paid our deposit, and moved in the apartment within a couple of days. We've had a few minor maintenance problems (clogged dishwasher, front door lock that needed to be oiled) and maintenance staff is very responsive. Neighbors are quiet and even though the community is very diverse (white, black, elderly, young, families, singles) neighbors seem to get along fine. The "fitness center" is a joke, since it has only about four machines, and the apartments look a little ratty on the outside, but this is an exceptional deal for the money. Month-to-month leases are even available from the get go, for about $100 more per month. A 6-month lease is an extra $50 a month.
