I currently live at Courthouse Green. When we first we're trying to get the apartment we had trouble with the management. We were lied to and mislead. We were told that water was included in the rent, this was not true. Also we had a lot of trouble with electricity. The next day after we moved in we had a lot of ants in the apartment. Parking is ok until you have groceries or if it's raining. There is no place for kids to play. There were teenagers hanging out in front the house at night. The management was rude at times and unprofessional. It smelled like smoke in the office. I am moving out as soon as my lease is up. The rent is cheaper than other apartments in the area and that is for a reason. The laundry room was flithy. There was mud in machines, on the floor, and in the garbage it was disgusting. I went once and never again.

Sounds like things there haven't changed at all since we lived there. Getting out of there was like being released from prison. Seriously though, I'd find neighbors who agree with you and see if there isn't some agency that can be contacted to intervene on your behalf. For the area it's in it's just so surprising that they allow all that mess to continue and the management and maintenance has been and always will be a joke there unless you all start complaining directly to the company that runs the place. Maybe if enough people complain they will do something about it. It's possible since a friend of mine lived in a different complex owned by the same company and it was like night and day.
