Husband and I have lived here for two years. We are happy to be out of our lease. Staff was friendly at first, but now they are just jerks.

Me and my husband found too many children running around to enjoy ourselves. We live on the side next to food lion and can hear I95 all the time. Apartments need to be updated, but the staff does make the grounds look nice. I wouldn't recommend living here because you can find places locally in Chesterfield that are nicer and just as much or less. Parking was OK unless you came in later at night. They are doing construction acorss the street and when I'm jogging with my husband it makes lots of noise.
Our sink had leak in it and we reported it to the staff but they didn't come out for three weeks. by that time there was damage and they blamed us. we had to contact other people for help because they wanted to charge us.

The oaks was nice at first, but I don't like it now.
