They keep trying to raise my rent, and they stopped paying for utilities.

MEANWHILE, the place is falling apart. A flood directly above my apartment had water leaking through the ceiling and all through the stairwell, I periodically lose hot water, my neighbor is very noisy, the fire alarm has been known to go off in the middle of the night, and sometime my bathroom ceiling caves in. It sucks! I'm leaving.
