Good value, convenient, but steep rent increases

I am moving out of Crystal House I after one year. This is the best value in the Crystal City area. Reasonable rent, reasonable management, cheap parking, close to metro, close to bike path, and a HUGE pool. My only complaint is the steep rent increases. Expect a couple hundred dollars rent increase at the close of your lease. But the leasing agents have been great -- especially Joe O. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
