Well, to begin with getting an apartment here is like negotiating wt used car salespeople. But you don't know it! The first price is never the best price and they don't advertize their prices so they can soak you for the most $$.
No washer & dryer as in other places at this price level. Constantly shutting off the water so as to fix unknow leaks! Mold problems. Smell the third floor parking area!

The property always did smell. It was nauseating at times. The water being shut off was very common, and mold was very common. The advertised rent is much lower than what you end up paying after rent increases, fees, and utilities. |
