Overpriced, but "decent."

Overpriced property.

Noise is a serious problem. There are drunken college kids screaming in your hallway every night, people talking loudly outside, and sirens flying down the streets.

Cars honking and traffic noise is constant. Parking in this area is NOT fun.

The building smells of mold and sewage.

The amenities are pretty good.
