I've lived here for about 2 years now, and I don't have any serious complaints. I actually really enjoy living here. It's clean, safe, convenient, and classy. My only complaint would be the parking situation, but that has now been pretty much cleared up. Unfortunately, what one of the other reviewers said is true. People only post here if there's something negative, so it's unfortunate to see all the negative responses. The management team is nice and professional, maintenance issues get taken care of promptly and as far as kids running around, yes, there are some young people in the building, however, I've never had issues or complaints about them. I only see them once in a while in the hallway. I don't hear noise in my apartment, overall, I enjoy living here.
