The Buchanan 33% Recommended Apr 10 2008: I moved into the Buchanan in May of 2007 because of a divorce. I spend only three or four nights a week in the building on average. The amenities in the building are there solely as a show for prospective Crystal House 27% Recommended Feb 28 2008: Received a notice, written in happy marketing language, that my rent would increase by more than 30% at the end of this lease. What gives? Bait & switch? I see from reading these posts that this has happened to other Crystal House 27% Recommended Feb 15 2008: I lived here for over a year, and over the course of about a month, I had THREE mice in my apartment - and I lived on the 10th floor!
