Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
The apartment was very DIRTY when I first moved in. My security deposit was NOT returned. They don't care what I write on the apartment check-in list, they claimed they went inside my apartment to clean everything without ever leaving a note. No work was done by the way.
Dog poo was all over the place, it's on the grass, it's inside the laundry room. The laundry room smell so bad that I couldn't use it for 2 full months.
And the apartment was heavily infested with flea.
Noise is also a big problem. Loud music was on at any time of the day, even after midnight.
Do NOT move there.
