the problem with this area is that it caters to a very large number of single welfare mothers and as their children grow 'females' they themselves produce "bastard children" and the local welfare system sets funds to the side for their daughters, daughters, daughters and once the daughter produces one child at the right age of 18 she now gets to live there for under twenty dollars a month yes, her own apartment! It's a rap now she can have as many 'bastards' and different babies fathers (no real dads --) she chooses because the state allows them and thats what they do! Social workers/Case workers get out and verify your loads. When will this cycle stop? Affirmative Action was closed and Welfare to stay welfare is on. Generations of recipients live here. Wasted tax money. China is authorized one child! This allows equality in the economy and a place to live for all.I've never lived here and this is the reason. The speed bumps are like giant logs -- kids at play!
