We were told of what a great community we were moving into. We were assured that rules were enforced and that it was a quiet neighborhood. NOT SO! We've had workers in a vacant apartment below us working until after midnight. The vibrations from their drilling and nailing shaking pictures from my walls. This continued for 5 nights straight! We have teenagers congregating on our steps that won't move to clear the stairwell. Small children riding bicycles in the parking lot with total disregard for vehicles and completely unsupervised. Illegal vehicles taking up parking spaces. Yelling and loud music all hours of the night (especially weekends). A totally UNPROFESSIONAL office staff......Maintenance issues that remain unresolved after multiple visits to "fix" the problem.
