Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I live here and have for 2 years. I've always found the office and maintenance staff to be extremly professional. Neither the office staff or maintenance are mind readers. Do you follow protocal' Do you call the office as soon as a problem occurs' Or do you wait until it is an "emergency". The banging at night does get on ones nerves but when someone complained, it stopped. Try to remember that being professional and polite get you much farther than nastiness and demainding!
