I have lived here since August 2007 and I love it. The current property manager really improved the property. She is really on top of things. The property is very clean and well kept. I live in one of the townhomes and I love it. My neighbors are very considerate when it comes to noise. Eventhough not place can guarantee security, I can honestly say that I feel safe walking my dog at night around the neighborhood. BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN CULPEPER!!
