Staff is nasty or just do not know...
One is nasty to you when you go in to put in a work request and the other one when you call with a complaint it seems she can't ever help you. When I go in with a concern she can never answer me or give me the information I am looking for, its like she has to research every little thing like a short bus rider that can not even remember her own name. Maintenance staff has used a key and entered my apartment without knocking while me and my child were home. Workers renovating complex has made us feel very uncomfortable when we leave and enter our building, by constantly staring at us. It's even more uncomfortable knowing they have a key to your apartment.
