I can not begin to tell you how disapointed I am in this management company which is Learner Management. They truly don't care about you once you sign the lease. The service techs do not respond to your request with out you have to call 3 times. Oh and don't rent a loft apartment it is 44 steps to the top floor ( 5 flights of steps) and they have no elevators. The trash compactor is always broken and discusting. My neighbors next door to me were robbed at knife point in there apartment because the gates never work they are always open. I got to the point that I could not take the constant managment turn overs in the office and the poor customer service that I broke my lease early. I gave them their 60-day notice and paid the termination fee and they said that they would try and rent my apartment, but that I would be rent responsible until it rented. It took them 8 months to rent the apartment which is unheard of in this area, and they sent me a bill for 10,000 and wait they put it on my credit and now I'm fighting it in court.
