Once You Move In, They Could Care Less About You

What a nightmare this place has been. The staff is horrible. I have had many maintenance issues and never ever get calls back. Their staff has actually said that their "maintenance team aren't the brightest people in the world". I have had issues be ignored because the staff was too busy running an open house to get new tenants. They need to leanr how to handled the tenants they have. They don't care about people once they move in. They don't fix things, services that were sold fell through or never got implemented (a year since this gated community opened and the gates still aren't active...Direct TV service was dropped by the property six months after I moved in). I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are very poorly constructed and the staff won't take of your needs. They have made this whole experience inconvenient and unpleasant, and that's unacceptable when taking into account the high price tag.
