Uh I am not sure how they are rating.

After reading these reviews, it seems that there are only 4 that are somewhat positive. I have lived here over a year and I can safely say that one would do better in a dilapidated inner city brothel than live in a psuedo-premium complex. Security'' Non-existent. Price'' incredibly high. Office staff'' higher turn-over rates than the tenants themselves. Customer service flew out the window. Which is suprising however is believable when you look at the shear volume of monitary penalties associated with breaking a lease. This is one of the most effective bait and switch operations I have ever witnessed!! One would assume that the listed amenities would actually be useful such as gates which are still not closed. I have never seen such a woeful operation. Every issue that has been brought up is correct. From the trash compactor to the maintainance (I am wondering if they are actually here to work) With the extraordinary high price one would expect that they would be polite, and competant enough to porcess requests in a timely fassion. and perhaps install grounded power outlets in the proper places. Don't believe me, take a walk through, they are even incorrect in the model apartments! My advice, a cardboard box offers more security, peace of mind and in fact better customer service. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
