Renting a Card Board Box Will Definitely Be Better!!!

I agree with most of the post on the website. Customer Service at the Remington is absolutely HORRIBLE!! I would not recommend anyone move in this complex unless you want to deal with drama and a team of so called property managers who don't fully understand the meaning of being a professional.
One leasing agent actually hung up in my face while I was trying to resolve certain issues - then when I decided to go to the office to discuss the hanging up situation -not to mention resolve the issue I called about in the first place...she called the police on me - go figure. Now I'm dealing with unnecessary BS that could have been avoided.....all b/c they don't want to do the job that our overpriced rent pays them to do.
I also dealt with noisy neigbors (probably b/c of the paper thin walls), several mainteance issues that were NEVER resolved over the term of the lease. Not to mention the entry gates were ALWAYS broken.
Needless to say, if you're thinking of renting here - I would seriously think twice.
The only time you get communication from these people is when you're initially looking....once you're in - you can forget it.
