Grossly Misrepresented property and services

They promise 24 maintenance if there is a problem. It took a year and court appearance to fix a defective window. Upon taking the unit, I notified management the window didn?t close thus in the wintertime, there was a cold breeze that resulted in the furnace constantly running. After 5 complaints ( and a courtroom appearance for another tenant with the same problem) and ONE year of waiting, they fixed it. On a separate occasion, water was leaking into our apartment from above. Maintenance never came after repeated calls to management company. It eventually stopped on its own. One evening I smelled a significant amount of natural gas OUTSIDE one the buildings. I told maintenance, they said they called the Gas Company 10 hours earlier. When asked if they followed up with the gas company, they gave me a dumb look and said No! When I leased the unit, they said they offered many services within the Club House. After moving in, I learned many of the services were in a state of disrepair and would not be fixed in the foreseeable future. Walls are thin as paper. I know all about my neighbor?s infidelity problems with his wife (TMI).
