Yes, the apartments here are a bit on the pricey side, but they are much nicer than alot of them around here, and considering the location, which is one of the best features, there's no place else I'd rather be, unless it the new place I hear that they are building across the street. My one complaint is thatthe managements have started to allow residents from another community to come here and that limits the fitness machines for the people who live here. I don't know who'd bright idea that was but it stinks. And more things in the business center would be nice, like a copy machine and a printer that actually works more than 10% of the time.
My apartment is very nice and the community is pretty quiet for the most part. Every once in a while someone gets crazy but it seems to be addressed pretty quickly. I've definitely lived in worse places.
The management is good and seems to care, but you see new faces alot, although I'm glad to see the teeny bopper who thought she was hot stuff go away. The new assistant is much better and very nice.
It would be nice if there were more activites to do here though. I live alone and would like to meet other people in my age group. Maybe some sort of clubs or something' Anyhow, I think this is a good place and I like that I can walk to the mall if I want to. I would also like to see the pool open later when it gets warm. oh well. Try it here, they are nice and the apartments are really nice.
