STAFF IS TERRIBLE! TERRIBE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!

Where do I begin' The worst part about living here was THE STAFF. Adam, was by far the rudest most obnoxiously arrogant staff member there is. He actually comes right out and tells the tennants that he does not get paid to help them, once they moved in, and that he works off of commision. The staff is useless because once they get their commision out of you they DON'T CARE. I locked myself out recently and had to get one of the leasing agents to help me get matience to get in. When I went in and saw she was doing nothing at her desk, and asked for her help SHE ACTUALLY COMPLAINED, that she had to help me. She asked me why I did not call my roomate at work to let me in. Like I said once they get the $$$$ you will get no help. The actual apartments are starting to fall apart, don't let the pretty club house fool you. NIGHTMARE!
