The management is the problem!

The management has been the problem since the beginning. They never answer maintenance requests the first time. I didn't feel welcomed when I came into the office. I had to get their attention. The staff has little to no administrative skills. They send late notices when rent was on time. They won't man up to the neighbors until there are several complaints. The complex does not have gates anymore, even though I am paying for it.
I often get blocked into my paid spot and visitors have parked in it.
The staff just started taking resonsibility for their mistakes. Their arrogance has amazed me.
I hope the Lerners that just bought the Nationals are not the same ones hiring the staff here. The staff does not seem like professionals and they keep changing. I think Remington has gone cheap on the professionals they hire.
The location and apartments are great. I just wish the management was easier to work with and they had their act together. I have heard many bad reports from people I bump into in the area.
I would like to identify myself and I will after I move out for fear of backlash. You never know with people.
