Remington is the same as all the others out there. The people working in the office on location have NO CONTROL over what happens on site. They are quite aware of all the problems everyone has mentioned. Please do not blame the staff for issues out of their control, such as: small apartment, poor lighting, poor layout, too many steps (you chose it!) or noisy people/cars. The other problems mentioned are all valid and real. The issue needs to be taken up with Lerner's Corporate office, not at the Remington office. The site staff can take the issues higher up until they are blue in the face, but unless the higher-ups agree to take action to improve, there is nothing that can be done their hands are tied. Property management is the same all over-there is the owner that does not really care, as long as the rents come in and there is the office staff the owner hides behind. If you are so unhappy with renting, get out there and buy a house. Quit paying someone else's mortgage and be happy about where you live. Get a life people, somewhere else.
