I lived at The Remington for a year and it was definitely not what I thought it would be. First of all, we filled out the walk through maintenance sheet and turned it in within our deadline, however, our stuff wasn't fixed for over a month! After multiple calls to the office I was told it would be fixed on a set date, it never was! I finally had to talk to the property manager. I think it ended up being 3 months before anything was fixed. It all started there...the toilet ran, the AC went out multiple times along with the heat. There were cigarette butts thrown on the ground, and people didn't pick up their dog's poop! Parking was pretty limited too, I ended up parking on the street, but when they set up the circus or carnival, well those spaces were gone! On to the clubhouse...it looked nice...but the sauna barely worked and the steam room just didn't work and it also didn't look too clean. I'm almost glad it didn't work. It's definitely a pretty picture when they show you around and tell you about it, but it was one of the worst experiences I had!
