I have lived in the Remington apartments for a year now, and since day one I have had problems. It seems as though, as long as thay get my rent check every month they don't care about helping out. To start when I moved into my apartment, It was the last building to be completed so I thought " Great a brand new place no one has lived there perfect", Yeah right! The apartment was covered in construction dust, it wasn't even cleaned when I moved in I had to hire a maid to come clean. The management team didn't seem to care. On my move in check list I noted several items that needed to be fixed, a few minor things that took them over a month to fix, But the biggest problem was that my alarm was broken, I pay a lot of money each to live in a secure place it has taken them one year to fix the alarm, pure laziness if you ask me. I have gone to the corporate headquaters to get somewhere, and yet that doesn't even seem to work, after speaking with the regional manager it still took over 2 months to get a result. They're rude and they do not return phone calls. Correct me if I'm wrong the point of a voicemail system is so that if you're busy someone can leave a message, and you should call them back, however no matter how many messages I have left they don't call back. They're sweet and caring when your shopping around but as soon as you sign the lease, They don't care anymore.

In my building alone someones door has been torched apartments have been attempted to be broken into, and a big cause for that is because the gates are hardly ever working. I was told by a manager @ corporate, That "I should be happy to be living in a private gated community", Well my response to that is good joke, Once again I have lived here one year, and the gates have been active 3 months the whole time. That's three months total not at once.
