When I first moved in I thought it was soo nice. My opinion changed within one month. The nosy ass Property Manager, Marva has been there since Jesus was in diapers and she is annoying as hell. Don't call about something being wrong with your apartment...she will go through your file so fast and see if you are up on your payments. They don't want to do ---- if you haven't paid. I was less than a week late on my rent and they didn't fix my leak until I paid. They are petty and the parking is even worst. I feel it should be first come first serve. They treat you like a damn kid writing notes on the cars about what apartment you are in. I can't stand Chesapeake!!!!! Don't move there.
