Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001

This was a very nice place to liev when I first moved in back in 1997. However, it quickly changed when a guy named George became the property manager. This guy was a real a real jerk! Also, the rental rates changed drastically when the property was reclassified by the county but the service given to people did not change for the better, it just got a hell of a lot worse.
