Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
its turning into a very uncomfortable and unsafe enviroment. to be paying so much rent they need to replace kitchen cabinets and replace windows its so very old and wear and tear where you have to constantly call in for repairs. they are quick to evict you if you are late on your rent but slow to responding to calls for repairs or any other problems.
