These people are rediculous.
They charge you for every damn thing they can.
They are known for not giving back security deposists and still charge you for ANYTHING they possibly can. Management is EXTREMELY nosey and prejudice as hell.
Parks are beat to ----,basketball courts are dumpy with no nets,you cant even sit outside without them sending you a letter for loitering. Marba Miller is very sneaky and nosey.Do youself and friends and family a favor and DO NOT move in here. Its a nightmare.
