This is the most disgusting place i have ever lived.
We have mold so bad in our apartment that i have stage two toxic black mold symptoms.
Dont get me started on the kids here!
They are disrespectful towards others and their property. I'm constantly telling the kids to get off my brand new truck. They are always out in the middle of the road at ALL hours of the night.
The neighbors are loud and obnoxious. and dont give two shits about anyone but themseves. There are cops here everyother damn day and speeding up and down the streets. No matter How many times you tell the kids to keep the noise down or take it somewhere else they always come back and do it again.
A few weeks ago a kid got arrested for selling crack. [[which i saw]]
The Maintenance work is half-assed and it takes FOREVER for them to come fix whatever you need to be fixed.
And I have to say that i agree with every other review saying not to move here 110%

Do yourself a favor and move to stafford or fredericksburg. Stay away from this ghetto area.

LOL the area is hardly what you call ghetto. that particular complex just isn't a very good one but certainly the whole area isn't like that. If you wanna see some major problems you go ahead and move into the heart of Baltimore. There you will see some real real problems. I speak from experience and have lived in Baltimore so to compare Baltimore to Dumfries is crazy.
