After you get used to the sirens...

First off, I live in the office building so I think our building is a bit quieter than most. Overall, we like what we get for the money. A clean place, decent lighting, and convenience. The issues we have are these:
1.) In the past year there have been several occasions where the police or fire department has been called to the community. Not sure exactly why, but it is unnerving.
2.) Our neighbors are somewhat loud. We can often hear people talking loudly outside. Even more, we hear the booming bass coming from cars/trucks that are here to pick people up or drop them off.
3.) We, or our visiting friends have been towed several times (even though they were parked where they were supposed to be). Every time it is a $125 fee to get our cars back.
Now, aside from that, we don't really have any problems. We can walk to a grocery store, fitness center, burger king, bank, etc.
Lastly, I'd say the office staff is excellent. They've gone out of their way to make us feel welcome, and are exceptionally helpful.
